IntelliProtector.com provides the package of software protection, web-activation, web-registration, and statistical reporting services for software publishers (Vendors) to protect their software from piracy. Vendor's software users (Customers) use our web-activation and web-registration services to activate the software during trial period and register the licensed software to prolongate the usage period and unlock the software trial restrictions. Software registration is provided by entering the license code received from IntelliProtector.com services during purchase process.

Vendors use IntelliProtector.com's services and software upon sign up to IntelliProtector.com site. Depending on the membership type selected during sign up the monthly fee may be applied. Also the quantity of plan included activations (Monthly free activations) and keys (Monthly free keys) depends on the membership type selected. In order to get more activations or keys either plan upgrade or purchase of additional activations (Extra activations) or additional keys (Extra keys) is required. When upgrading the plan the new monthly fee is applied.

IntelliProtector.com also provides Free Membership plan with certain amount of Free Activations and Free Keys without monthly fee. The Free Membership term is not limited, so you can fully evaluate the services and software provided by IntelliProtector.com before paying any fees. Vendors can use this plan either for tests or for commercial purposes if it suits their needs.

IntelliProtector.com provides a banner advertisement opportunity to their Vendors on monthly fee basis. Only software development tools, libraries and related software can be advertised on IntelliProtector.com site pages. IntelliProtector.com team reserves a right to discontinue any advertisement placed on the site without notice. In this case Partial Refund can be issued even if seven days period after payment is expired.

IntelliProtector.com grants you a limited license to use/visit the site and software, without the right to modify it. This license does not include any resale of this site and software; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another Vendor; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

IntelliProtector.com is the copyright owner of this site and software, and any portion of the site, including but not limited to the text, images, audio or video, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without express written consent of IntelliProtector.com. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of IntelliProtector.com and our affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing InteliProtector.com name or trademarks without the express written consent of IntelliProtector.com.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the site so long as the link does not portray IntelliProtector.com, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide IntelliProtector.com's copyright agent the written information specified below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying Intelliprotector.com and its affiliates that your copyrighted material has been infringed:

•	A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

•	A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

A refund of a fee for the services provided by IntlliProtector.com shall only be payable for the Vendor if the Vendor makes request for the refund in maximum seven days term after purchase. Full refund can be provided only for recurring fees. For the services which are used within the limits of purchased Extra activations or Extra keys only partial refunds which include not yet used services are provided.

IntelliProtector.com provides Free Membership for evaluation purposes. The Free Membership term is not limited, so you can fully evaluate the Services and Software provided by IntelliProtector.com before paying any Fees.
