If you want to upgrade or downgrade your current subscription plan, please go to the Account Settings section and click the “Change subscription plan” link in the “Actions” area. You will be forwarded to the page with a list of plans and controls to change your plan. The page where you can change your subscription plan looks like the one below:

| 1. | Select a new plan from the drop-down list near the “Select a new plan” caption. |
| 2. | Click the “Change plan” button |
| 3. | Read the message and click the “Continue” button on the next page |
As a result, the site page will switch to the waiting payment page and a new payment page will appear. Please follow the instruction on the new payment page. IntelliProtector will be notified about a successful payment automatically and your plan will be updated. Please note that payment is not obligatory. You can close both pages and log in to the site again. No information will be lost and no information will be corrupted.
If you accidently close the waiting page, do not worry. Just continue payment and then login to the site again. You plan will be updated automatically.
