IntelliProtector services provide a helpdesk system for asking questions, making requests and sending complaints to the support staff. To view your tickets, go to the Helpdesk ==> Helpdesk Tickets page. The page looks like this:

The page is divided into two sections:  “Open ticket request” and “Closed ticket request”. The “Open ticket request” section contains tickets, which have recently been received or waiting for the reply from the support staff. Tickets with a reply are marked as green, and without a reply – as red.

To open the ticket conversation, click the _img140 icon. You will see a window where you can see support staff replies and you can send your additional request, replies or clarifications.
