If a customer purchases the software, registers it and then changes some hardware, for example his hard disk drive – all in one day, the registration attempts will be rejected. To allow a customer to use the software, it is necessary to reset the hardware information associated with the license code he uses.
To reset the hardware information, do the following:
| 1. | Log in to the Web Control Panel. |
| 4. | In the order popup menu, select the “Order Details” item |
| 5. | The window that appears will have a set of license codes issued by the order. Locate the license code the customer uses and select the “Reset hardware information” item in the license code popup menu. |
