How to reset customer hardware information

If a customer purchases the software, registers it and then changes some hardware, for example his hard disk drive – all in one day, the registration attempts will be rejected. To allow a customer to use the software, it is necessary to reset the hardware information associated with the license code he uses.

To reset the hardware information, do the following:

1.Log in to the Web Control Panel.
2.Go to the Orders Search page.
3.Find the order
4.In the order popup menu, select the “Order Details” item
5.The window that appears will have a set of license codes issued by the order. Locate the license code the customer uses and select the “Reset hardware information” item in the license code popup menu.
