Importing and exporting orders |

WARNING! To import orders correctly, specify all registration service identifiers for all your products in the protector client application. When signing up to our services, you can import orders you already have to the Web control panel. To import orders successfully, you need to provide them in CSV format. To import orders, follow: Orders и Import orders page, which look as follows:
The IntelliProtector’s license code system supports keys of specific format, so, unfortunately, keys issued by other systems must be replaced. When importing, they are replaced automatically and a notification about a license code change can be sent to the customer if the “Send E-mail notification to the user with a changed license code” option is selected. If you have RegNow.com CSV file, then select this option. If you have another file, then select the “Custom format comma separated file” option. Then click the “Browse” button and select the file with orders. Click the “Import” button. If you are importing the RegNow.com CSV file, importing will start immediately. If you are importing a custom format CSV file, then the format specification window will appear:
Select the column name for Product Identification field. For example, for RegNow.com it is item column. As a result, the appropriate products area will be updated. Select the product name for each product identification number. Select column names for all other fields. Before clicking the “Continue” button, switch to the “Preview” tab:
The CSV file parsing results are shown in the table of this page, according to selected columns. If you see errors, please switch to the “CSV Settings” tab and select another column. To update the “Preview” tab, use the “Refresh” button in it. Please, do not use your browser’s “Refresh” button or F5 key, because all settings you have specified on the “CSV Settings” page will be lost. When you see that the file is parsed correctly, click the “Continue” button. As a result, you will be forwarded to the “Importing orders progress” page. Wait till the operation is completed.
