If you find any program or way, which cracks the software protected by IntelliProtector in any way, then, please, let us know about it. We will do our best to find and eliminate the vulnerability ASAP. To send us a crack or a keygen, follow the steps:
| 1. | Go to the Helpdesk ==> Submit crack/keygen/etc page. You will see the page like the one below: |
| 2. | Please specify the IntelliProtector client version you used to protect you software, the software product cracked, URL to download the crack and URL to get the software. Any additional information you can add will be appreciated. |
| 3. | Press the “Submit” button. |
| 4. | A new ticket will be added to the ticket system. |
| 5. | Our support staff will analyze the information and get back to you ASAP. |
