Order blocking

If you have received a fraud or chargeback notification from your registration services, then you can block license codes from the Web control panel. You can either block the whole order or a specific license code in the order.

To block the whole order:

1.Go to the Orders Search page
2.Find the order
3.From the order’s drop-down menu select the “Block” item
4.You will be forwarded to the “Block Reason” page:

5.You will need to specify the reason, why you are blocking the order, and the overall impression the customer makes on you when discussing the refund, chargeback, etc.
6.Then click the “Continue” button.
7.The order is now blocked. This means that all registration attempts by all license codes issued by the order will be rejected.
