Sending a license code as E-Mail to the customer

Often customers lose their license codes. The “Forgot license code” link is present in the “Registration” dialog. But sometimes customers ask for the license codes. To restore a license code and send it to the customer, using the internal IntelliProtector Software Protection services, follow the steps below:

1.Log in to the Web control panel
2.Go to the Orders Search page
3.Find the order
4.Select the “Order Details” item from the order drop-down menu
5.Select the “Send as E-mail” item from the license code drop-down menu
6.The E-mail will be sent to the customer. This E-mail will also be added to the “Order Correspondence” list.
