Often customers lose their license codes. The “Forgot license code” link is present in the “Registration” dialog. But sometimes customers ask for the license codes. To restore a license code and send it to the customer, using the internal IntelliProtector Software Protection services, follow the steps below:
| 1. | Log in to the Web control panel |
| 4. | Select the “Order Details” item from the order drop-down menu |
| 5. | Select the “Send as E-mail” item from the license code drop-down menu |
| 6. | The E-mail will be sent to the customer. This E-mail will also be added to the “Order Correspondence” list. |
