Submitting a ticket

You can ask a question, send a complaint, submit new registration services or a crack via a special ticket system. To create a ticket, go to the Helpdek ==> Submit new ticket. You will see a page like the one below:

First of all specify the priority of your request. Priority marked as 5 is the lowest and 1 is the highest priority. Then specify the category. Please note, the page can refresh in order to provide additional controls to help you describe the problem in more details.

The following categories are available:

1.Error on site
2.Error in protector
3.Suggest a feature
4.General question
5.Service not working issue

Use the “Error on site” category to specify the error you found on the control panel of forum. The “Error in protector” category is provided to add any problems you found in the client software. If you want us to add additional functionality to the site, then use the “Suggest a feature” category. Ask questions in the “General questions” category. If you are experiencing any other problem with the IntelliProtector services, then use the “Service not working issue” category.
